Where it gets a little outside of the dev team proper is the process of convincing management et. al. for the budget to do some of the processes.  E.g. money to purchase the proper tools.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You can go a long way towards smoothing this road, though, with a cost-benefit analysis.  Even a simple one can help a lot to make the conversation easier.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for the post!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Hericus</description>
