eBook – Measuring the Intangible, SharePoint Social ROI

It’s with great pleasure, sighs of relief and an immense level of nervousness that I am proud to announce the release of 21apps first ever eBook!

I have no idea at all if this is what you guys want, whether you’ll like it, love it or it’ll be a complete flop. What I do know is that we’ve learnt a lot of valuable lessons creating it and we’re proud of the finished result.

It all came about because of the positive responses I received for the presentation I did at SharePoint Saturday UK 2011, but because my slides are big on imagery and small on words, it was difficult for people that didn’t attend my talk to really get a good understanding of the detail. So this eBook seeks to put that right and give everyone access to what we discussed on that great day.

What will you find inside I hear you ask? Well included in the eBook is content around ‘Measuring the Intangible, Social ROI’ of course, but also a load of other great content including:

SharePoint, Measuring Stuff, Social, The Celery Effect, B.O.B., The meaning of life, Cynefin Framework, 80′s Music, SharePoint Social Add-ons, A Genius or Two, The Lean Startup, Innovation Accounting, An orangutan, Innovation Games(R), 21shift Model, A Mustang, Tools to use, A Recipe and Infinity…

Come on then, what are you waiting for, get downloading!

Entertaining read, and insightful. My favorite quote is from Andrew McAfee:  “The greatest challenge has to do with making technologists sufficiently user-like – getting them to stop thinking in terms of bells and whistles and elaborate functionality, and to start thinking instead about busy users with short attention spans who need to get something done, and who can always reach for email.”

Our philosophy, of course is to go with the flow and make email social.
