Andrew Woodward started the ball rolling presenting An Introduction to Agile SharePoint Development at the SUGUK 2008 Big Event in June where he talked about the use of Scrum as a agile management technique that is gaining rapid adoption as a way to manage agile development teams and how companies are using a hybrid of Scrum and XP.
