We have been working hard over the past few weeks to bring our site up to date. It started life as a simple Blogger site and has seen a few minor tweaks and changes over the past 18 months but we had found our needs have moved beyond what a pure blog can offer.

We are passionate about agile development, covering every aspect from introducing agile management techniques like Scrum to the technical challenges of unit testing and developer adoption. Coupled with our almost exclusive work with SharePoint we are helping to solve these issues and will be making this available for discussion, review and criticism - all feedback is good feedback.
We will continue to post to our blog tips and tricks, interesting articles and just things that we think are relevant however our new web site was designed to allow us to produce more detailed content that can be refined and updated as our experiences and practices evolve. Andrew Woodward started the ball rolling presenting An Introduction to Agile SharePoint Development at the SUGUK 2008 Big Event in June where he talked about the use of Scrum as a agile management technique that is gaining rapid adoption as a way to manage agile development teams and how companies are using a hybrid of Scrum and XP.
